Most remodeling problems come from handoffs: a salesperson promises, a project manager schedules, and subcontractors who have never met each other do the work. We removed the handoffs. Sam Carter measures your house, writes the proposal and is on site during the work.

Dust walls, floor protection and a daily cleanup. You should be able to walk through the house in socks at the end of each day.

We tell you what needs doing and what can wait. If a wall cannot come down, you hear it at the estimate, not after demolition.
Craft over speed
Tile set flat, cabinets scribed to the wall, paint cut in by hand. The details you will look at every day.
