Why homeowners hire us, and hire us again
- Licensed and insured
- A Florida licensed contractor with liability and workers’ compensation insurance. Certificates available before we start.
- One crew, start to finish
- The people who demo your kitchen are the people who install the last cabinet pull. No handoffs between subcontractors you have never met.
- A schedule in writing
- You get a dated schedule before demolition and a weekly update of what was done and what comes next.
- Clean site, every day
- Dust walls, floor protection and a daily cleanup. You should be able to walk through the house in socks at the end of each day.
What clients say
“They finished our kitchen a week ahead of schedule and left the house cleaner than they found it.”
“Sam walked us through every decision with samples in hand, and the crew showed up at 7:30 every morning.”
“Our bathroom went from a 1985 time capsule to the best room in the house.”
“The wall between the kitchen and living room came down and the house finally makes sense.”
“Communication was the best part. We always knew what was happening the next week.”
Five steps, no surprises
You know what happens next at every point, from the first call to the warranty in your hand.
- 1
Call or send the form
Tell us what you have in mind. We call back the same business day to set a visit.
- 2
In-home estimate
We measure, look at the structure and plumbing, and talk through options. The estimate is free and does not commit you to anything.
- 3
Design and materials
Layout drawings, material samples and a written scope with a fixed price and a dated schedule.
- 4
The work
One crew, one point of contact, weekly updates, daily cleanup. Inspections scheduled ahead.
- 5
Walkthrough and warranty
We walk every room with you, fix the punch list, and hand over the warranty in writing.
“We treat every house like it is the one we are going home to tonight. That is the whole method.”
Sam Carter, Owner
A small company that does the work itself
Honest scope
We tell you what needs doing and what can wait. If a wall cannot come down, you hear it at the estimate, not after demolition.
Craft over speed
Tile set flat, cabinets scribed to the wall, paint cut in by hand. The details you will look at every day.
Your house, your decisions
We bring samples and options; you choose. Nothing gets ordered until you have seen it.
