Walkthrough and warranty
We walk every room with you, fix the punch list, and hand over the warranty in writing.

- Do you charge for the estimate?
- No. The in-home estimate is free and does not commit you to anything. We measure, look at the existing conditions and send a written proposal.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes. Acme Remodeling is a Florida licensed contractor with general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. We send the certificates before the work starts.
- Which areas do you serve?
- Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Brandon and Wesley Chapel, and most of Hillsborough, Pinellas and Pasco counties.
- How far out are you booked?
- It changes through the year. Call us and we will tell you the next available start date for your type of project.
- Do you offer a warranty?
- Yes. Workmanship is covered in writing, and manufacturer warranties on cabinets, fixtures and materials are passed on to you.
