Materials that last outside
Composite decking, aluminum railing, stainless or powder-coated hardware and marine-grade finishes on wood ceilings. We specify for humidity and UV, not for the showroom.
Permits for outdoor structures
Covered structures, decks over a certain height and gas or electrical lines for an outdoor kitchen need permits. We handle the drawings and inspections.

- Composite costs more up front and needs almost no maintenance. Pressure-treated wood costs less and needs sealing every year or two. We show you both with samples.
- Can you add a roof over my existing patio?
- Usually, yes. We check the slab, the attachment to the house and the wind-load requirements during the estimate.
